About The House
This unforgettable 2 story beach house features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 huge wrap-around decks with unobstructed views of the ocean, a large living area and kitchen. It is the perfect home to host your family vacation or the perfect getaway for a quiet retreat.
Location
This house is all about location, location, location. It is positioned at the far southern end of Ocean Lakes Family Campground, sitting on a spacious corner lot, with the most unbelievable views of the ocean. You don't even need to leave the decks to feel like you are relaxing on the beach.
Bedrooms
There are 5 bedrooms in the house, all with brand new mattresses. Four of the bedrooms have queen size beds, the remaining bedroom has two bunk beds. One of the bunk beds has twin size mattresses and the other bunk bed has a twin size top mattress and a full-size bottom mattress. The four bedrooms with queen size beds each have private direct access to the decks with french doors/sliding glass doors. The bedroom with bunk beds does not have direct access to the decks but does have a window view of the ocean. There are flatscreen Smart TVs in all of the bedrooms. The Master bedroom is on the first floor, with the remaining bedrooms being located upstairs.
Bathrooms
There are 3 full bathrooms in the house. All three have a combination sit-in tub with shower (shower heads have a digital readout of water temperature), toilet, and sink. One bathroom is located on the first floor with the remaining two being located upstairs.
Outdoor Living
There are 2 wrap around decks on the house with full unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. The decks are equipped with new high-quality outdoor furniture to give you and your guests a place to relax and enjoy the ocean views and sea breezes. The lower level deck has been improved to allow you to enjoy the outdoor living space during inclement weather.
The house is raised on stilts, which allows for parking up to 4 cars underneath the home. Also, there is a Hot/Cold Shower at the base of the stairs, to allow you to wash off the sea and sand after a fun day on the beach.
Kitchen
There is a large kitchen on the first floor. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven with range). There is a large island that provides additional counter space or can be used as a dining area. There are two dining room tables in the living area. The wall facing the ocean that extends from the kitchen to the living area is filled with windows that provide you with a beautiful view of the ocean.
Living Area
The living area features 3 large sofas and a large flat-screen television, to enjoy after a long day of fun in the sun. The living area also has a cozy reading nook with two rocking chairs and a sound system.
Utilities
The house also has a washer and a dryer located on the first floor.
The house is equipped with two heat pumps (one for each floor) and is filled with ceiling fans to keep the house comfortable during your stay.
There is extended cable service to all TVs in the house.
The house also features high-speed wireless internet.
You can park up to 4 vehicles at the house.
